School Offer for Special Educational Needs

Greave Primary School is an inclusive school which also offers additional educational provisions for those children with Special Educational and medical needs.

We recognise the need for equal opportunities for all learners, whether it be interaction, sensory, physical, social and mental health.

For children who may require additional support we endeavour to review each child's needs on an individual basis, based on analysis of their specific needs that supports inclusivity and enjoyment at school.

 The school will seek to identify and address these needs (with outside agency support where necessary ) and may offer a range of provisions to support children with SEND.

The documents below indicate the support available at Greave;

Mrs Edwards (supported by Headteacher Mrs Williams) has responsibility for the co-ordination of special needs education at Greave with Mrs Katie Cain SEND Governor
email: gov.katie.cain@greave.stockport.sch.uk

Parents will always be informed and consulted whenever special provision is being considered.
