You can easily spot them in their bright green caps labeled "Greave's Restorative Champions," ready to step in whenever a friend needs support.
Our Champions lead restorative conversations to help resolve low-level conflicts, focusing on being non-judgemental, empathetic, and excellent listeners.
By helping others see different perspectives and find fair solutions, they ensure our playground remains a caring and inclusive space for everyone.
