Those who rent their home should also be aware that the Government have changed the law so that a Landlord now needs to give 3 months notice to tenants if they intend to seek possession and all ongoing possession proceedings are suspended for a period of 3 months – this is to give renters more security during these difficult times. Some Childcare Voucher providers have introduced changes so that for example purchases can be reduced to £1 per month or suspended altogether for up to 12 months and then reactivated when needed.
